Why Companies Rely on Commerce

Experience in Real-World Implementations – we know the specifics of Polish retail. We have delivered hundreds of Commerce rollouts with full fiscalization across the CEE region – we know what can paralyze sales at peak times (issues with fiscal printers, payment limits, promotion synchronization) and how to prevent it with pilot phases, testing of all fiscal scenarios, and 12/7 support. Clients value our comprehensive approach to regulation – we do not simply implement Commerce, we ensure full compliance with Polish legal requirements, from receipts and JPK files to KSeF readiness, so that your team can focus on selling instead of solving technical issues.
Faster Time-to-Market
Ready-made accelerators – promotion templates, POS and e-commerce testing, store rollout plans. We deploy Commerce faster and without surprises thanks to proven implementation scenarios.
One Source of Truth
Common data for prices, stock and orders eliminates errors. Promotions enter the market faster, customer service is consistent regardless of channel and decisions are made based on the same data.
AI in Everyday Sales
Copilot generates product descriptions, summarizes daily POS results, and guides store associates during each transaction. In Copilot Studio, we build agents that handle questions about orders and inventory levels.

5-Step Implementation Process

Proven implementation methodology, tailored to the specifics of Commerce. We include live in-store testing, full fiscalization, emergency scenarios, and AI use cases designed for your stores.
Needs Discovery
Analysis of current sales processes, legal requirements, and business expectations. Mapping of all sales channels.
Solution Design
Commerce configuration – POS, e-commerce, and promotions. Integration design for payments and fiscalization (PL).
Construction & Integrations
System implementation, integration with payment service providers and fiscal printers. Receipt and return testing.
In-Store and E-Commerce Pilot
Go-live in 1–3 stores. Live testing in store and at the POS. Device performance and offline emergency scenarios.
Phased Rollout & Hypercare
Deployment of additional stores outside trading hours. Hypercare and 12/7 post-go-live support.

Compliance with Polish Legal Regulations

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce fully supports Polish fiscal and legal requirements. We integrate payment service providers and fiscal printers (POSNET, Elzab, Novitus). We test the end-to-end process – receipts, corrections, returns, daily reports, and JPK filings. The system is ready for e-receipts and KSeF. Our experts understand the specifics of Polish retail and ensure compliance with Ministry of Finance guidelines as well as local regulations.
Automated JPK & VAT Reporting
Eliminate errors and save time through automated generation of reports that comply with Polish regulations. Full alignment with Ministry of Finance requirements means fewer audits and greater control over your tax data.
CSRD – New Reporting Obligations for Medium and Large Enterprises
The CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) significantly extends non-financial reporting obligations. With Dynamics 365 SCM, you gain access to real operational data – such as energy consumption, production efficiency, and purchasing data – that can be used directly in ESRS-compliant sustainability reports.
KSeF – National e-Invoicing System Support
Integration with the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) enables automatic sending and receiving of structured invoices, directly from your ERP environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a Commerce implementation take?
From 2 months upwards – it depends on scope, number of stores, and required extensions. We start with a pilot and then roll out additional stores in waves. For a single store with a standard configuration, it is around 8 weeks. For a 50+ store network with e-commerce, it is 4–6 months.
Commerce runs on the same core platform. You do not need to deploy every module, but integration with ERP/WMS makes daily work easier – shared data on products, prices, customers, and orders.
Yes. Sales continue, and data is synchronized as soon as the internet connection is restored. The POS in the store can work without a connection to headquarters – all transactions are stored locally and sent automatically when connectivity comes back.
We track service time, average basket value, number of items per receipt, and the time from order to pickup. We define KPIs before the project starts and measure progress during and after the implementation.
We use in-store pilots, detailed readiness checklists, emergency scenarios, and post-go-live hypercare support (12/7). We start with 1–3 stores, test every process, prepare your team, and only then extend the rollout to the full network.
