2. website visit

During each visit to our website, it is inevitable that we collect certain information, mainly technical information, which may under certain circumstances be classified as personal information under the law. This information includes IP address, device identification data, browser properties, operating system data, language settings, referring URLs, duration of the visit and pages visited.

Using this information, we do not draw any conclusions about users. However, we do need this information in order to properly present the content on our website and to provide law enforcement with the information necessary to bring charges in the event of a cyber attack.

Further statistical evaluations of the data collected in this way can only be carried out after removing any reference to a specific person.

Our entitlement to such data processing is based, on the one hand, on our legitimate interest in operating the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). On the other hand, with regard to the use of data for the purpose of transfer to law enforcement authorities, our powers are based on our obligation to provide information to law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyber attack (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Transmission of data to other parties only involves our hosting provider, which manages the website on behalf of MS POS.

We plan to keep the above personal data for a period of 7 days and then delete it.

We do not intend to transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

3. Google Analytics

We use the Google Analytics tool (with anonymisation function) on our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Website analytics involves collecting and analysing data about the behaviour of visitors to the website. Among other things, this service collects data on the website from which the visitor came (the so-called referrer), which sub-pages were visited or how often and for how long the sub-page was viewed. Such analysis is used to optimise the website, as well as to analyse the costs and benefits of online advertising.

The operator of Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA (hereinafter: „Google”).
We use the extension „_gat._anonymizeIp” for web analysis via Google Analytics. With this extension, the IP address of your Internet connection is truncated and anonymised by Google if you access our website from the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to pursue our legitimate interest in analysing the flow of visitors to our website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Google uses the data and information obtained on our behalf, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports showing actions taken on our websites and to perform other services related to the use of our website.
Google Analytics installs cookies on your computer. We discuss in more detail what cookies are in section 7 below. The installation of cookies enables us to analyse the use of our website. Each time you call up any of the individual pages of our website, the web browser on your computer is automatically stimulated by the respective Google Analytics component to send data to Google for online analysis. As part of this technical procedure, Google obtains, on our behalf, knowledge of personal data such as the user's IP address, which serves Google primarily to determine the origin of visitors and clicks.

Cookies store information relating to a person, for example, the time of access, the location from which access was gained and how often the user visits our website. Each time you visit our website, such personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used, is sent to Google in the USA. This data is stored by Google in the USA and, in addition, Google may transmit such technically acquired personal data to third parties.

The person concerned can prevent the installation of cookies by our website at any time, as we explain in section 4, by appropriately setting the Internet browser used and thus permanently prevent their installation. Such a setting of your browser would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on your computer. Furthermore, the cookie already embedded by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time using your browser or other programs.
Furthermore, the user has the opportunity to object to the collection of data generated by Google Analytics regarding the use of our website and the processing of this data by Google, and to prevent such practices. To do so, the user must download and install the browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The installed browser add-on notifies Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about website visits can be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is regarded by Google as an objection. However, if the hard drive of the user's computer is deleted, reformatted or reinstalled after some time, the user must reinstall the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the user, it is possible to reinstall or activate it.

If you prevent the use of Google Analytics as described above, this will not affect your ability to use our website.

Further information and Google's privacy policy can be obtained at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html

A more detailed explanation of Google Analytics is available at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/.

We do not store any personal data collected via Google Analytics, as the data is immediately anonymised by Google.

We do not pass on personal data to other parties.

4. Google Maps

We use the Google Maps plug-in on our website. Google Maps is operated by Google.

Each time any of the individual pages of our website containing the Google Maps plug-in are called up, the web browser on the user's computer is automatically stimulated to send data to Google in order to provide the Google Maps plug-in. As part of this technical procedure, Google obtains knowledge of personal data, such as the user's IP address, which serves Google primarily to determine the origin of visitors and clicks. The following data is sent to Google: IP address, device identification data, browser properties, operating system data, language settings, referring URLs and geographical location data.

The purpose of the Google Maps component is to pursue our legitimate interest in being able to use interactive maps with navigation functionality (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The user can prevent the automatic loading of page elements such as Google Maps by means of appropriate browser settings or plug-ins. If such settings or plug-ins are used, the Google Maps component, according to the user's settings, will either not be displayed or will only be displayed with the user's express consent - only then will the aforementioned data transfer to Google occur.

We do not store any information about individuals within the Google Maps service.

We do not pass on personal data to other parties.

Further data processing is the sole responsibility of Google Maps. The terms and conditions of use of Google Maps are set out in the Google Maps Terms of Use. Further information can be obtained from the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Google Fonts

On this website we use fonts from an external source obtained from Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google. The integration of fonts is done by connecting to a server, usually a Google server in the United States. In this way, data on which of our websites you have visited is transmitted to the server. In addition, Google stores the IP address of the browser on the visitor's terminal device.

The purpose of the Google Fonts component is to pursue our legitimate interest in presenting our website in the selected layout (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The user can prevent the creation of an automatic connection at any time by means of the appropriate settings of the Internet browser used. He will still be able to use our website, just without the Google Fonts component.

We do not store any personal information within Google Fonts.

We do not pass on personal data to other parties.

For more information on Google Fonts' privacy policy, please see Google's Privacy Policy.

6 Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer system via your browser.

Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier for such a cookie. It consists of a string through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific web browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows the websites and servers visited to distinguish the user's browser from other web browsers that contain other cookies. A web browser can be recognised and identified by a unique cookie identifier.

The use of cookies serves our legitimate interest to ensure the functionality of our website, to continuously improve it and to carry out statistical evaluations (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
We do not pass on personal data from cookies to other parties.

The user can prevent the installation of cookies by our website at any time through the corresponding settings of the Internet browser used and thus permanently prevent the installation of cookies. Furthermore, already embedded cookies can be deleted at any time using your browser or other programs. This is possible with all popular web browsers. However, if you block the installation of cookies in your browser, not all functions of our website will be fully available.

We do not intend to transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

7 Contact form

We provide users with a contact form, which can be used voluntarily. The use of the form is not necessary in order to use our website. If a user uses the contact form, we will store the user's name, email address and the content of the message. We will use this data to respond to the user's enquiry. By processing this type of data, we are pursuing our legitimate interest in responding to user queries and providing any additional clarifications (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Furthermore, we are obliged to keep records on the basis of business and tax legislation (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The data is transferred to our hosting provider, which manages our website on our behalf.

We plan to keep the above data for a period of 10 years and then delete it.

We do not intend to transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

8 User rights

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 15-20 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request information about your stored personal data. The user also has the right to request the rectification of his/her personal data, their deletion or the restriction of their processing.

With regard to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you may object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your personal circumstances (Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation).

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the regulatory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection legislation.
